Hello & Welcome
I've spent 34 years as a surgical technologist, watching people at their most vulnerable.
I write what I see, the tender, the absurd, the quietly devastating.
I write poetry. I write children's books. I write about operating rooms and motherhood and the strange overlap between precision and chaos.

My work moves between grief and humor, medical observation and parental softness, because that's what it means to pay attention, and I do.

I live in Oregon and Utah with my family. I draw what I notice. I run when my body lets me. I use photography to capture moments in my life.

The rest is in my books.
