Out and About Again, Visiting Little Free Libraries

I’ve been out and about again, visiting Little Free Libraries and leaving behind signed first editions of the quiet calendar.
Each book has been packaged with a few extras — stickers, bookmarks, music links, and other little goodies — then tucked onto a shelf for someone to find.
What started as a simple way to share my work has turned into something I really love. I’ve discovered new corners of my community, found books to bring home, and become a little bit obsessed with the charm of these tiny libraries.
Each one feels different. Some are neat and carefully stocked. Some are wonderfully chaotic. Some are full of children’s books, old favorites, mysteries, devotionals, and unexpected little treasures.
I love the quiet exchange of it all.

You leave something.
You find something.
You become part of a story you may never fully know.
It has been fun, meaningful, and surprisingly grounding. So much so that I’ve decided to open my own Little Free Library later this summer.
Until then, I’ll keep visiting, keep exploring, and keep leaving signed copies of the quiet calendar for readers to discover.
Maybe one will find its way to exactly the right person.
